Cycling -‘ A fun way to get Fit’
Today’s modern sedentary lifestyle has made u prone to major health risks. We are slowly being aware of this issue and making an effort to get our ‘ Life back on track’
Cycling ,is one of the best and easiest way we can transform ourselves from being a couch potato to a active healthy person.
Personally,I learnt this truth the hard way. Being a FITNESS person ,I tried out different activities to stay fit-but end of the day I was not happy.I finally found my solace in…. cycling.
Riding a bike is healthy, fun and a low impact form of exercise for all ages. Cycling is an outdoor form of physical activities which promises you a lot of fun adventure and excitement.
It protects us from serious diseases – stroke, heart attack, cancer, depression, diabetes, obesity and even arthritis. Cycling ,is mainly a good muscle workout to kick the unwanted pounds. We have improved stamina and strength to do any other activities. Regular cycling stimulates and improves our heart ,lungs and even reduces our risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Being a parent,it’s our responsibility to look after our child’s health, development and welfare. Introducing cycling at a young age , works wonder on our children’s future .Cycling is a safest and a fun way ,a child can enjoy outdoors rather than sitting goofed up indoors in front of a tab. It helps fighting obesity at an early age and change their outlook they have towards life.
I consider , riding on a fuel free, two wheeler is a fantastic move towards making our community and world a better place. It’s a easy and fastest mode of transport to nearby stores, shops, schools, parks and offices. Society will benefit as it will curb our air pollution and it has no carbon footprint. We can even avoid traffic jams, reduce the demand for parking spaces, reduces road wear and even reduce road accidents and deaths.
I encourage each one of u who is reading this article of mine, to start cycling as it tags along a lot of benefits to u and the society in general. End of it I can say ‘Riding the bike is a great way to see the world’.
