Well, we checked all of those boxes before we bought bicycle. completely inexperienced, unfit from a life in the office, aching knees. Yet, we still managed to ride our bikes a huge distance and you can too, no matter what your age or current biking experience.
And it did change my life ..lost few KGS,increased my stamina,waking up early, the self satisfaction,health many more to quote.
